'The Punch Clinic' and its philosophy is the brainchild of Mr Dave Sharp.
Daves idea for 'The Punch Clinic' came when watching the infamous Mr John Prescott MP throw a punch at his egg throwing assailant on a TV news item. It showed that even the most high profile and sometimes unassuming of persons can have pent up aggression from stessful situations.
'The Punch Clinic' is aimed at those who would like to turn their pent up aggression and stress into positive energy, in a safe and friendly environment.
The Punch Clinic has 5 individual attack rooms, each equipped with various boxing targets .
All equipment is provided including gloves and wrist supports while a large selection is available for sale for regular customers and keep fit fans.
Trained staff can assist you and help your training and fitness program.
