Helps build up Punching Power and technique, if you punch this incorrectly you will certainly feel it in your wrists. There is no movement from the wall target unlike traditional punch bags. We usually incorporate this in to your regime by giving you alternate rounds. also in this room is a 45 Kg Heavy Bag, Large Maize Bag and some hand held weights.

Ideal for normal bag work angled to enhance uppercut work, this is siutuated in The Pads Room. In this room We expect you to skip for 10 Minutes, Stretch for five minutes, 8 Rounds on the Focus pads and 4 rounds on the other equipment. Most deffinately the Hardest room in The Punch Clinic.

BOB The Body Opponent Bag, BOB, is a lifelike mannequin that makes a great partner for practicing sparring techniques and target training.
BOB's skin is made of high strength plastisol and filled with urethane foam. Height adjustable for your convenience. BOB is more suited to the more advanced Attackers, or attackers who undertake any Marshal Art, Boxing Schools.
Bob is situated in his own Private Room so you can really let loose and give him all you got, but be warned he can sustain hi-impact shots and the only loser will be your wrists, he is the ultimate fighting partner.

Used Correctly Helps Speed your hands up, head movement and gives you a feel of hitting moving targets. We have two of these, one situated in the Pads room and One in our Front room. Great piece of equipment, if i was to give this marks out of ten it would deffinately be a ten.

Alternative to punch bags and strike balls. The Boy is mounted on a high tenstile spring, giving the feel of a opponent moving in and out of range. We will Normally require you to do 12 straight rounds on this then warm down with 10 minutes on the speed ball.

Great for hand eye co-ordination, shoulder strenghthening and rythem. We use this as 1 x 2 minute round in a circuit of 3 apparatus or as a warm down. We have these situated in 2 rooms.
