What is it you do?
We help you turn your pent up aggression and stress into positive energy.The Punch Clinic has four free standing 'punch men' situated in individual rooms, ready to take as much punishment as you can dish out.We can also supply everything you need to make your experience one of complete stress relief; from gloves and bindings to protect your hands; to towels and toiletries for an invigorating shower before you leave. Can I shower and get changed?
Yes, we provide private hot/cold showers and lockers. Please bring your own towels and toiletries, though a small range is available to purchase from the reception.

What do I need to bring?
We provide gloves to any non-members, but please bring your own suitable sportswear clothing, footwear (non-black-soled), towel, toiletries and yourself.

Do you sell any kit?
Yes, we sell a wide range of brand new kit including gloves, wrist supports and quality towels. Our range of products are in the Shop section.

Is there any refreshments or light snacks?
Sure, there is a good selection of cold soft drinks including several 'energy boosters and replacers', There is also a selection of snacks on sale.

Do I need to book?
Nope! You can turn up, have an induction lesson and have a bash. However it is always best to pre-book to ensure disappointment in some circumstances.

Is there any advice or training?
There will be a member of staff on duty at all time, if you would like any help or advice, please feel free to speak to them.
