Went to the Punch clinic for the first time last night, had my induction with Steve
\`The Hammer\` Scourfield & really enjoyed myself, and am looking forward to my next
session. I currently weigh 220lbs and hope to trim down a lot, I would recommend
the punch clinic to everyone, its far more enjoyable than the Gym, and you get
proper attention from the lads working there, who offer really good advice, and also
have a sense of humour - which was good, I am so out of shape they would need one!
Really pleased that I went.

I think my dad has the best stress and relief gym ever made he has great staff if
you sufer from stress aan relief or need to loose whieght thats the best place to go
he is a great trainer and is kind to clients and is the best dad in the world

It has everything to offer to anyone who wants to join! With all the rooms available
and the talented staff, you learn something new every visit!

The Punch Clinic has a fantastic atmosphere and with thanks to the staff and other
people who are members of The Punch Clinic, everyone feels welcome and at home, even
a shy-timid fifteen year old, like myself! *Cough*

The best thing is you can work with your friends, you don\`t have to feel
intimidated on your own but comfortable with people you know.

I would advise anyone to go as long as they are prepared to work hard.

I love going to the punch clinic coz its a very fun way to get fit and learn self
defence. I was very shy b4 i started going but with the help of Dave and Steve i can
now stick up for myself if any1 tries to say anything. Thnx guys ur both great.xxx
